Testimonials

We can't thank you and your team enough for what you have done for him and you made the process so much more bearable for us, we hated the thought of him being alone and frightened and you took that feeling away ........ If I may I would like to recommend your service to the company we used to get Jack out here ............... I think your service is fantastic, the photos are just the best idea and you so understand what people and their pets are going through at this time.  Jack's owner, Kirsten

What more can we do for you and your pet?

The purpose of the Dog Walks team is to try and ensure that your dog has as pleasant a stay as possible in quarantine. As we all adore animals; the cuddles, pats and play does not seem like work, more like play. If you feel that there is more that we can do for yourself or your pet - please ask and we will do our best to help.

Here are some of the things we do - and regularly - for owners:-

  • act as official Importer for your dog
  • deliver special food to add to or replace the standard food given
  • take in toys of your choice for your pet to play with in the kennel area (we always have balls and toys for the exercise yards)
  • check on bedding and arrange for different bedding if you are not happy
  • bathing, clipping and general grooming
  • inform you of any abnormalities we notice when visiting with your pet
  • text photos to your mobile if you are travelling and cannot get to a computer
  • coordinated with therapists to assist in care for special needs dogs
  • give you additional advice and information on owning pets in Australia
  • research other facilities such as kennels (pet motels), groomers and walkers

Why don't you add to my list? I would love to hear from you if there is anything at all you need.

Good Evening,

Well it feels that summer has finally come to Australia! Well in Queensland anyway we had 29 degrees today and I was forced to change my UGG boots! How does it go from needing boots and jumpers to baking overnight? And Spring only officially started yesterday! Strange but fantastic. Bring back the warmth I say! Mind you, it is sunny all year round so we can't complain, can we :). What it does mean though is that we need to start thinking about making our pups more comfortable in the heat. The season of short haircuts and frequent hosedowns is not far away.

And as always, lots more new arrivals so don't forget to look at our gorgeous furry friends' faces on the gallery.

Take care for now,

Karen
